You grant us permission to use your submission.
By submitting, you give Black Girl Confessions permission to share, adapt, edit, and publish your story across all platforms—including the podcast, website, email, and social media. We may use it anonymously, unless you explicitly say otherwise.

Submissions may be edited.
We reserve the right to shorten, rephrase, or omit parts of your submission for clarity, length, or safety.

You confirm your submission does not violate anyone else’s rights.
You promise that what you're sharing is yours to share—that it doesn't violate someone else's privacy or intellectual property.

Not all submissions will be used.
We cannot guarantee that every submission will be featured or responded to. We receive a high volume and curate based on the theme and tone of each episode.
